Welcome to the International Plasma Fractionation Association (IPFA)
|
IPFA, founded in 1991, is the international association promoting the interests and activities of its member organisations involved in the manufacture or supply of medicines derived from human plasma donations and/or the collection of human plasma donations for further manufacture. IPFA members convert the gift of blood and plasma from donors into life saving medicinal products for the treatment of patients in their communities. IPFA supports these organisations and countries who have chosen to create a safe and secure supply of blood and plasma products based on the voluntary non remunerated blood donation and the not for profit business model. IPFA is committed to working with its members and other vital stakeholders to increase the availability of products for patients whose lives depend on them. |
Dr. M. Grosdemouge ‘All IPFA members are strongly committed to delivering a secure supply of products to patients in the countries they serve. Products made from the plasma donated by Voluntary Non Remunerated Blood Donors in their communities.’
